He not only diagnosed the issue and repaired it in a timely manner, he provided me with 3 options. He walked with us and educated me and my wife as homeowners. Appeared to give honest and complete answers for an assessment. Definitely open communication and honesty goes along way. I upgraded my system and are in their cost effective maintenance plan.

Had a leak and some other minor issues. Jose was great with communication, polite, and knowledgeable. Called Tuesday, he was out to the house by Thursday and issues fixed. Also revamped whole system & replaced all my front yard heads. Much better and no leaks. Noticed a head was crooked and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend Jose. He's straight up and honest.

Jose is AMAZING! I literally called him Saturday morning and he answered instantly. Tried calling another “big” company first but kept getting rerouted and sent to voicemail. Was so frustrated and Jose’s company was the next in line and boy am I so happy that it worked out that way.

The work Goterra irrigation services did was great, they came on the time. The team did a full inspection of my system to tell me what was good and bad with it. The team actually takes the time to explain what issue they see and what they recommend to fix it. I also feel like they take the time to actually train the home owner on how to properly use the system. Goterra Irrigation had the best prices available and best warranty! I never felt that the team was trying to up sell me on anything. The team was so honest knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business again with my future upgrades!!!
